Our Founder
Sonia Hanspaul, the heart and soul behind our place, is pretty much a superhero in her own right. She’s got this mix of serious know-how and big-heartedness that just lights up our company. Born in Tanzania and raised in Arusha, she holds a B.Sc. in Physiology and Pharmacology from London. Despite founding our company in 2023, Sonia’s dedication to healthcare spans over 15 years, during which she tirelessly volunteered to assist patients worldwide.
Identifying a crucial gap in private healthcare across Tanzania and neighboring regions, Sonia envisioned a solution that prioritizes reliability, ethics, and top-notch quality. Her passion lies in ensuring that empathy and compassion are foundational in all healthcare endeavors. In a world where patients often feel unheard, Sonia is committed to being their advocate, ensuring their voices are not only heard but respected.

- We summarize and collect all the patient’s data related to the ailment and then send it to the doctors/hospitals to receive a treatment plan and treatment cost.
- We discuss with the patient and select the correct and most logical treatment plan for them. We even arrange teleconsultation calls between the hospital/doctor and the patient before the treatment plan.
- After the confirmation of the hospital selection, treatment plan, and days of stay, the stay/ accommodation will be booked for the patients and their accompanying persons. Then, we initiate the hospital to send out the invitation letter for the patient, coordinate the patient’s visa processing, and arrange for the car to be picked up at the destination.

In Tanzanian business history, Kamaljit Singh Hanspaul, my father, stands as a towering figure renowned for his visionary leadership and indomitable spirit. As the founder of the esteemed Hanspaul Group, he carved a path of innovation and prosperity in the manufacturing, construction, and automotive industries. In 2019, a challenging spine surgery led to significant changes requiring extensive travel for treatment. Beside him stood his life partner, my mother, Balbir Kaur Hanspaul, a beacon of strength and resilience. Fate dealt another blow when she was diagnosed with cancer. In a display of unwavering devotion, we relocating to India for her treatment regimen. Through their collective determination and the finest medical care, she emerged victoriously winning over cancer, symbolizing the triumph of hope over adversity.
From personal challenges, we found a purpose: to offer guidance and comfort to those facing healthcare challenges. Motivated by my father’s strength and with support from both parents, we’ve created a new service aimed at helping people find reliable medical advice. This initiative is designed to be a guiding light for those searching for trustworthy healthcare information.Today, we stand as stewards of the Hanspaul family legacy, committed to forging a brighter future for healthcare seekers worldwide.
