- Aafrin Medihealth Solutions is not responsible or connected to any payment made to the hospital, Doctors, diagnostic or lab or any paramedical services. The patient therefore should agree to pay to above mention actual health treatment directly, any payment not paid or any refund, any dispute between patient and hospital or treating facilities will be directly dealt by patient and the respective treatment provider.
- The Patient agrees to pay the Facilitator for the services rendered as outlined in the agreement. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule.
- The services provided by Aafrin Medihealth Solutions are intended to facilitate and assist in the coordination of medical care for the Patient. Aafrin Medihealth Solutions is not a medical provider, and the information and services provided should not be considered as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and facilitate medical services, it does not guarantee the outcomes or results of any medical treatment. The ultimate responsibility for medical decisions rests with the Patient and their healthcare providers.
- We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or omissions that may occur while facilitating medical services. The Patient should acknowledge that the facilitation services provided by Aafrin Medihealth Solutions are subject to the availability and cooperation of third-party healthcare providers, and we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control.
- The Patient should understand that we are not a substitute for professional medical advice or care, and the Patient should consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns and decisions.
